Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:
- Taking orders and quotes from customers
- Entering orders and customer information
- Quoting customers on delivery and prices
- Adjusting prices for customers to maintain their business.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have:
- Excellent communication and keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Good math skills
- Prior business to business customer service experience is required
