What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Needed Home Health Shifts-Mondays and Tuesdays 8am - 4pm position at VNA of Florida?
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) in Hobe Sound area.
As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.
RN Rate $50/hour
Monday and Tuesday 8 am - 4 pm
Requirements
Feeding tube
Medication mgmt.
ADL Care
- Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
