What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Needed-Trach/Vent Home Care Case (Hobe Sound, Fl) Immediate Start Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 pm-6 am position at VNA of Florida?
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) in Hobe Sound area.
As an LPN or RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.
LPN Rate $40/hour
RN Rate $45/hour
Requirements

Trach/Vent and GTube/ Supra Pubic– MUST have experience

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and some weekend Availability (9 pm- 6 am)
- Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
