As a Medical Social Worker (MSW), you will provide social case work to our patients whose social/emotional/financial problems impede the treatment of their illness. Additionally, our ideal Medical Social Worker (MSW) will counsel and refer our patients to appropriate available community resources to enable them to remain safe in their home environment.
Week Days 2-3 Days and some weekends.
Medical Social Worker (MSW) Requirements:
Master's Degree from a college accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting.
Ability to function efficiently in a stressful work environment.
Valid driver's license for the agency state of operation or surrounding area with appropriate auto insurance
1 year Home Health experience
