Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Supervises LPNs and HHAs.
Experience Preferred: Home Health experience preferred, 1 year of acute care experience.
Salary Range: $86,000 - $129,00, based on a 40 hour schedule, range adjusted for part time hours.
RN Home Health Full or Part time schedule between the hours of 8a-4:30p Monday Friday
