A family-owned and operated professional collision repair center in Covina is looking to add a motivated and charismatic front desk receptionist. Successful candidates should have experience working on phones with enthusiasm, detail-orientedness, and be ready to greet and assist customers with a smile.
The Customer Service Representative / Receptionist tasks will include:
- Taking and managing phone calls
- Filing/Scanning
- Booking and scheduling repairs
- Greeting customers and insurance appraisers
- Checking in and out customers
- Calling insurance to confirm coverage, payments & help customers report claims
- General office and housekeeping tasks

Skills required:
- Positive, assertive attitude
- Basic computer skills, able to learn & use shop management software
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Customer service experience is a preferred
- Prior work history at collision repair center is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Professional personal appearance and business attire is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
