POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Field Manager in Training to travel between job sites, oversee crews, track materials, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role — you'll be our eyes and ears in the field. There is real room to grow within the company for the right person who shows up, works hard, and takes initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel between active job sites throughout the day
- Check in on crews and ensure work is progressing on schedule
- Monitor and track materials — verify deliveries and flag shortages
- Take job site photos to document progress and issues
- Complete and submit daily field forms and reports
- Communicate updates via Microsoft Teams and email
- Attend team meetings and provide status updates to ownership
- Keep management informed of any issues, delays, or concerns
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication skills — comfortable with email and Microsoft Teams
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple job sites
- Smartphone proficiency — photos, digital forms, messaging
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Residential construction experience preferred
