Required Skills
- Substantial experience in art direction and design across multiple mediums (i.e. television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft, visual storytelling, and creative versatility
- A proven ability to develop high-impact work that aligns with brand objectives and connects emotionally with audiences
- Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the creative vision and how it addresses client challenge
- A desire to explore premium expressions at the intersection of performance sports and culture
- Experience leading the visual direction and design of long-form documentaries and episodic content, with a focus on crafting authentic, human-centered narratives though compelling imagery and artful storytelling
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients
- A desire to lead and contribute within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward
- A bachelor’s degree, design and advertising emphasis preferred
- Seven-plus years of experience in an agency setting
