Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for benefit programs, continually assessing and optimizing.
- Responsible for compensation management, including job leveling, pay bands, and salary structure.
- Ensure alignment between performance expectations, job levels, and career paths.
- Evaluate and optimize organization structure to ensure appropriate spans of control, clear reporting lines, and elimination of hierarchy duplication.
- Conduct role clarity assessments, including defining roles and responsibilities.
- Evaluate market competitiveness and internal equity for base pay and incentive plans.
- Collaborate with CHRO to develop and execute total rewards strategy.
- Develop training to educate employees and leaders on total rewards philosophy, practices, and expectations.
- Stay abreast of total reward trends and make recommendations to leadership to enhance employee offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and HR strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ownership mentality with intrinsic motivation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong commitment to excellence in client service and work product.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Experience in a matrixed organization strongly preferred.
