What You'll Do as a Sales Enrollment Associate
- Support daily face-to-face sales initiatives and customer engagement efforts for wireless products and services
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional performance goals
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right wireless solutions
- Educate customers on wireless features and current promotions in a clear manner
- Support customers with enrollment processes while ensuring documentation is accurate

What We're Looking For in a Sales Enrollment Associate
