The Role
We're looking for a detail oriented, operationally sharp Ad Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Ad Operations, you'll sit at the crossroads of sales, creative, and ad tech, ensuring that every video and podcast campaign we sell is flawlessly executed, tracked, and delivered on time. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior partnerships and a clear path for growth.
What You'll Do
- Traffic and launch video and podcast ad campaigns across our network of shows and digital platforms
- Coordinate with sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure all assets, specs, and deadlines are met
- QA all video creative assets and placements prior to campaign launch — zero errors, every time
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily; flag delivery issues and optimize in real time
- Pull and compile campaign reporting for internal and client-facing wrap reports
- Maintain campaign trafficking sheets, media plans, and documentation with meticulous accuracy
- Liaise with platform partners and ad tech vendors to resolve technical issues swiftly
- Support the sales team with media kit updates, proposal formatting, and inventory management
- Identify process improvements and help build scalable ad ops workflows as the network grows
What You Bring
- 1-3 years in ad operations, digital media, or a related role is preferred but not required
- Podcast or video-first media experience a plus
- Passion for or familiarity with conservative media and its audience
- Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; Excel / Sheets fluency
- Self-starter — you don't wait to be told twice
- Genuine interest in media, advertising, or branded content
