Responsibilities:
- Support preparation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and associated project documentation, including tasks, milestones, dates, dependencies, and weekly updates.
- Maintain content on approved collaboration platforms, including document libraries, schedules, dashboards, assignments, points of contact, meeting materials, and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Document and distribute weekly In-Progress Review materials and meeting minutes.
- Prepare meeting summaries and trip reports in the formats and timeframes required by the PWS.
- Support development and maintenance of transition-in and transition-out plans, procedures, schedules, responsibilities, risks, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Research technical concepts; write, edit, format, fact-check, and quality-control complex technical and management documents in accordance with required format and style standards.
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
- Three to five years of experience supporting, preparing, and editing technical, management, and other documents.
- Experience writing, proofreading, editing, formatting, fact/reference checking, and graphically presenting technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.
