Location: Springfield, VA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive program management support to ensure efficiencies and integration across all task orders of a TSA specific Security Training IDIQ contract.
- Serve as the primary single point of contact (POC) to interface with the Government and key program stakeholders.
- Deliver an integrated approach to effectively support nationwide program operations and logistics, including planning, scheduling, and personnel deployment.
- 10 years of practical experience including at least 2 years of experience in managing a major program.
- Extensive Experience with management of large-scale Federal IDIQ contracts, specifically within training and/or security sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting TSA training and/or security requirements.
- Master’s Degree in a related area
- PMP Certification
- Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated ability to manage nationwide distribution networks and complex logistics for training materials and aids.
- Background in managing programs involving firearms training, law enforcement training, or threat mitigation imaging.
- Familiarity and understanding of key Training concepts and models, to include the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model or Kirkpatrick Four-Level Evaluation Model for curriculum development.
