The Full Performance Security Administrator performs all foundational tasks of the Developmental level with increased independence and expanded technical responsibilities. This role includes the management of biometric data capture and the authorship of internal procedural documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Production Continuity: Maintain case initiation (8/day) and file destruction (60 linear feet/month) standards.
- Procedural Oversight: Maintain and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core areas of responsibility.
- Biometrics: Support and conduct regularly scheduled and ad-hoc electronic and non-electronic fingerprinting and capturing activities.
- Compliance: Apply National Archive and Records Administration (NARA) guidelines and Agency Regulations to the archive and destruction of personnel security files.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor Developmental level personnel; assist in developing materials for informal office training sessions.
- Reporting: Submit accurate monthly and ad-hoc statistics to the customer regarding completion activities.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED 5 years of relevant experience.
- Policy Expertise: Broad experience with personnel security policies, practices, and compartmented programs.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of federal rules and regulations encompassing the clearance process.
