The IT Systems & Cloud Security Administrator is responsible for delivering IT systems administration, information system security, and cloud administration support for IC agency. The IT Systems & Cloud Security Administrator is responsible for delivering IT systems administration, information system security, and cloud administration support for IC agency. This role ensures the operational health, optimization, and security compliance of on-premises IT systems, websites, and the IARPA Enterprise Cloud (IEC).
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration & Operations
- Provide daily troubleshooting for IT related issues, documenting resolutions for Government consideration.
- Facilitate Service Desk requests (e.g., data transfers, access management) in accordance with IT SOPs.
- Maintain operations, oversight, and security compliance for agency licenses, platforms, accounts, and system configurations.
- Maintain and analyze IT inventory tracking repository, ensuring oversight of laptops, operating systems, applications, and licenses.
- Support unclassified virtual meetings within non-SCIF spaces.
- Support the overall development, administration, maintenance, and updates of the cloud offerings across both unclassified and classified environments, including account and usage management.
- Conduct monthly requirements reviews of the IEC to assess stakeholder needs and capability gaps, providing recommendations
- Collaborate to develop and execute a Cloud Project Implementation Plan including Proof of Concept, upon Government approval.
- Collaborate to develop and deploy a Cloud Storage Back End
- Full Scope Polygraph
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems AND three (3) years of combined experience in IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance, IT system troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Option 2: High School Diploma AND five (5) years of combined experience in IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance, IT system troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Security , Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent certification.
