Location : Houston,TX(Hybrid)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer with strong Banking domain knowledge to support and enhance Workday Financials solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday integrations, reporting, business process configuration, and financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday Financials modules including:

General Ledger

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Procurement

Expenses

Asset Management

Develop and maintain Workday integrations using:

EIB

Core Connectors

Workday Studio

BIRT

Web Services (SOAP/REST)

Create and maintain:

Custom reports

Calculated fields

Dashboards

Financial analytics

Support business process configurations and security setup within Workday.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and system defects.

Participate in Workday releases, testing, and production deployments.

Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
