Job Description :
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role acts as a technical leader, ensuring platform scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and GRC modules.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Define ServiceNow architecture standards, frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and module implementations.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture.
- Implementation & Development
- Architect and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, GRC).
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems (LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, Jira, SAP, Workday).
- Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and reusable components.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR), and compliance standards.
- Establish governance for CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators.
- Conduct design/code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and vendors.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in ServiceNow architecture/design.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and GRC modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, Kafka, etc.).
- Proven track record in CMDB design, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and AI/ML features in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
