Job Description :

ONSITE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Kinaxis Senior Lead or Architect to join our team. This role will be pivotal in leading our Application Management Services (AMS) and driving the development of new functionalities for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform, with a strong focus on concurrent planning, development, and technical support. This position requires a professional who can lead technical teams, interact directly with clients, and shape the strategic direction of our Kinaxis practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AMS & Development Teams: Lead a team of Kinaxis developers and support professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, timely incident resolution, and efficient change management.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Act as the technical architect for new Kinaxis implementations and enhancements. Design and develop complex solutions within the platform to meet evolving business needs.

• Phase 1 Execution (Demand/Supply): Take ownership of the technical implementation and support for core Kinaxis Demand and Supply planning modules. This includes configuring planning workbooks, custom fields, and business logic.

• Phase 2 Strategic Planning: Play a key role in the planning and execution of Phase 2 initiatives, including the integration and use of advanced AI modules like Demand.ai and Wahupa (or MEIO).

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing expert guidance.

• Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and stay current with the latest Kinaxis platform updates and best practices.

• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the Kinaxis application.

• Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and support procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-15 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.

• Core Kinaxis Skills:

o Demonstrable expertise in Kinaxis concurrent planning and a deep understanding of core supply chain concepts (Demand, Supply, S&OP).

o Proficiency in configuring and developing within Kinaxis, including building and modifying planning workbooks, custom fields, and logic.

o Strong knowledge of Kinaxis data model, data integration (integrating with various ERP systems like SAP, Oracle), and security administration.

• Phase 2 Expertise: Proven experience with or strong conceptual knowledge of advanced Kinaxis modules and functionalities. Experience with Demand.ai, Wahupa, or MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization) is highly desirable.

• Leadership: Proven experience in a technical lead or architect role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact professionally with senior client stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and proactive solutioning.

Key Deliverables:

• Successful implementation and support of core Kinaxis Demand/Supply modules.

• Strategic and technical roadmap for Phase 2 implementation.

• Effective resolution of critical incidents and reduction of service request backlogs.

• Mentorship and development of junior team members.
