Insurance Domain Specialist (Property & Casualty)

Austin, TX - Onsite

Experience: 9 years


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze insurance business requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Work with business users to define functional requirements.
  • Support policy, claims, underwriting, and billing implementations.
  • Coordinate UAT and defect resolution.
  • Ensure solutions comply with insurance regulations and business standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in the insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Experience with Policy Administration and Claims systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
