Responsibilities of the AT&T Crew Member
- Engage with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless products and services, identify their needs, and guide them through the enrollment or upgrade process
- Share success stories of how AT&T’s network and devices have improved other customers’ lives, building trust and driving sales.
- Assist customers in selecting the right AT&T data plan by asking targeted questions about their usage, ensuring their choice supports their lifestyle and budget.
- Highlight the unique features of AT&T smartphones, such as innovative cameras or user-friendly interfaces, to encourage upgrades and sales.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of AT&T’s services, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decision to switch or upgrade.
- Work collaboratively with the team to refine sales techniques, ensuring every customer interaction maximizes the potential for AT&T adoptions.
Qualifications of the AT&T Crew Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Adaptable and coachable, with a willingness to apply feedback and continuously improve.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Reliable and thrives in sales and maintains high energy throughout the day.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
