The Inbound Waste Coordinator is responsible for auditing, receiving, & entering inbound flip, WWT, & solidification loads. This position adheres to company policies and procedures, governing regulatory requirements, and provides excellent service to clients delivering waste to the Lancaster facility.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, & scanners.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full-time, on site, & has no remote option. Work schedule is primarily first shift, Monday through Friday.
Pay Range
25 - 28

Responsibilities
- Make sure to keep received volumes within daily allowable limits
- Audit all incoming manifests for accuracy & current approvals
- Enter the incoming loads into Digital Waste, Acumatica, & the daily SharePoint log sheet
- Communicate w/ the sampling team that the load has arrived
- Sign off on all manifests after the waste has been accepted & received
- Reconcile & scan all loads into Digital Waste
- Facilitate communication between the lab & ops team to ensure efficient offloading of trucks
- Facilitate communication between client services, the lab, & the ops team for any “off-spec” loads
- Certified “Weigh Master” for any loads that are required to be scaled in & out
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficient communicator
- Focused on attention to detail & thoroughness

- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Proficient in time management
- Client service focused
- Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite of software
