The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support while helping create a welcoming and organized office environment.

  • Pay Range $19 - $25 per hour (Annual salary dependent on experience, qualifications, and hours)

Schedule
Full-time: Monday–Friday, start times between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and corresponding end times between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm, depending on role alignment and business needs. (Final schedule will be determined upon hire and aligned with team and client needs.)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming, client-focused front desk experience
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Accurately take messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • Manage meeting room scheduling
  • Process mail and scan incoming client documentation
  • Prepare holiday and appreciation cards and gifts
  • Deposit incoming check contributions
  • Perform general clerical tasks (printing, scanning, copying, faxing)
  • Coordinate travel and assist with internal and external events
  • Monitor office inventory and place supply orders (including Amazon Fresh account)
  • Support HR coordination (scheduling interviews, organizing onboarding documentation)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support Client Services team with various ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Prior clerical or reception experience helpful but not required
  • Interest in professional services and client support
