🏢 Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Engineer to join our Software Engineering team for an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS).
This role involves working across a complex Oracle ecosystem, supporting and enhancing enterprise applications while ensuring system stability, performance, and seamless integrations.
🎯 Role Summary
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and integrating Oracle-based enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, manage releases, and optimize system performance.
This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and enhance Oracle packaged and SaaS applications
- Manage application releases, patches, and ongoing system improvements
- Design and implement integration solutions using APIs and Oracle Integration tools
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability and performance
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
- Lead cross-functional discussions and contribute to key technical decisions
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
- Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Ensure compatibility and alignment across integrated systems
🧩 Required Skills & Experience
🔹 Core Oracle Expertise
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 11i & R12.1.3)
- Hands-on experience with modules such as:
- Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CE
- Supply Chain: PO, OM, INV, WIP, EAM
- iExpenses
🔹 Cloud & Integration
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (SaaS)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and middleware tools
🔹 Additional Tools
- Experience with Oracle APEX and WebCenter
- Familiarity with Oracle EPC, IPM, and OTM
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Strong expertise in application integration and system architecture
- Experience in AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) environments
- Ability to perform effort estimation and support planning
- Strong background in SaaS testing and validation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications
