Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. This role involves working with large datasets to develop and optimize models, as well as building end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion through deployment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced with modern ML frameworks and cloud technologies, and capable of translating business needs into impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Solid experience building and tuning machine learning or deep learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
- 6 years of programming experience, particularly in Python (R or Java is a plus)
- Experience developing and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS for model deployment
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, particularly for AI/ML workflows
- Ability to work with complex datasets and extract actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
