What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Representative for Medical Clinic (part time) position at VKP Medical PLLC?
VKP Medical is a pain management practice in Williamsville led by Dr. Vikas Pilly. Our outreach team builds relationships with doctors' offices, urgent cares and other practices across the Buffalo area. We're looking for a friendly, polished local person to be our face at the front desk: someone who walks in with a smile, shakes hands with the office manager and leaves a great impression of VKP.
This is not a sales job. You won't be selling anything or chasing numbers. You'll simply represent us well.
What you'll do
- Visit medical offices and clinics our team is already talking to
- Introduce yourself to the office manager or front desk, and drop off our cards, brochures and referral materials
- Give a short, friendly explanation of who VKP Medical is (we'll teach you exactly what to say)
- Log each visit in a simple app on your phone
Who you are
- Friendly, warm and easy to talk to. You smile naturally and make a great first impression
- Polished and well spoken, with a professional appearance
- Reliable. You show up when you say you will
- Comfortable with a smartphone and simple apps
- Local to the Buffalo / Williamsville area, with your own reliable car and a valid driver's license
No sales or medical experience needed. We'll train you.
Schedule and pay
- 9 hours a week: Example...Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3 hours each day. Exact days of the week are flexible (could be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) for example. Or, on some weeks: Monday and Thursday with all hours packed into 2 days.
- $21/hour, plus gas
