Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions across various lines of business.

  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.

  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.

  • Develop and customize PolicyCenter features using GOSU, XML, PCF, and Guidewire configuration tools.

  • Integrate PolicyCenter with external systems using SOAP/REST services, Messaging, and Batch processes.

  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshoot complex system issues.

  • Guide and mentor junior developers; provide technical direction and solution oversight.

  • Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met throughout SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
