VizzaLights is a growing permanent exterior lighting company based in Jacksonville with plans to expand into new markets nationwide.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter & HR Growth Specialist who can help us find exceptional people for our Jacksonville operation today — and help build the teams we’ll need as VizzaLights enters new markets.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, understands HR, and wants to play an important role in the growth of a company from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and source candidates for sales, installation, operations, marketing, administrative and management positions
- Manage job postings, candidate screening and initial interviews
- Build an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding of new employees
- Assist with HR documentation, procedures and best practices
- Work with leadership to anticipate staffing needs as the company grows
- Research recruiting opportunities and talent pools in new markets
- Help develop repeatable recruiting and onboarding processes that can scale with VizzaLights
What We’re Looking For
- 5 Years recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Professional HR experience and knowledge of hiring and onboarding practices
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills
- Experience using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication, organization and follow-through
- Ability to recruit across both professional and field-based positions
- A proactive, resourceful approach to finding great candidates
- Comfortable working in a growing company where you can help develop processes rather than simply follow them
Highly preferred: Experience recruiting for a growing or multi-location company, particularly within home services, construction, skilled trades, field services, franchising, retail or a startup environment.
Experience helping a company enter new markets, open new locations or rapidly build teams is a major plus.
