The Gig 

The Product Manager plays a key role in elevating product value by partnering closely with engineering teams to shape, refine, and advance our proprietary CRM system. As part of an agile team, they work directly with in-house software engineering and product management teams. 

• Define and execute the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across all business units, aligning it with the company strategy. 
• Transform business vision into actionable product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements that are ready for sprint planning. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, track progress, create technical documentation, and ensure timely delivery. 
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to enhance user experience and value. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for financial services and financial technology. 
• Advocate for a data-driven approach to product decisions, leveraging metrics to evaluate success.  
• Conduct a detailed discovery with stakeholders to identify operational flows and system maps, including potential problems and opportunities for improvement. 
• Collaborate with partners to ideate new features and products for development. 
• Manage end-to-end product development, from planning to execution and launch.  
• Prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholders and strategic value across multiple Scrum teams. 
• Collaborate with Fintech to assess the team's performance and identify areas for improvement in delivery performance.  
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team by providing details on what is being prioritized and why.  
• Collaborate with the go-to-market teams to define the go-to-market approach and product positioning.  

Ready to Level-Up? 

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or related field.  
• 3-5 years of project management or product management experience. 
• Certification in Product or Project Management is a plus. 
• Comfortable working with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and with the underlying software development processes and terminology when partnering with the Fintech team. 
• Experience crafting a vision based on discoveries, market research, data analysis, etc. 
• Technical knowledge of software development processes and development terminology.
