Job Overview
This Accounts Associate position provides direct assistance to the Advisor in relation to the account creation and management on behalf of our clients. As we are a specialized boutique Wealth Management firm that works with clients in the Pharmaceutical / Life-Sciences Space, Business Executives and Entrepreneurs, our account and investment execution can be complex. We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in the role.
Responsibilities - Primary
- Co-create and process custodian account paperwork
- Track account processes from start to completion
- Execute Trading Instructions from the Advisor
- Communicate with our TAMP provider on Account Assignment & Rebalancing
- Track and Maintain trading for our Master TAMP Spreadsheet
- Coordinate special client trading project planning and execution
- Execute Mutual Securities SBD Paperwork for Advisor
Responsibilities - Secondary
- Co-create and process custodian account paperwork
- Scanning, filing, maintaining electronic client records
- Assist in phone reception - if needed
- Co-maintain our CRM database
- Assist on client project planning and execution
- Assist in account maintenance processes & deliverables
- Other duties as developed in a growing firm
Skills
- Excellent written and editing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal team members and external partners.
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, but also can know when to seek help or support from a supervisor or colleagues.
- Excellent collaborative problem-solving capabilities w/ a high level of maturity & judgment.
