Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
- Prepare complete and accurate loan files for underwriting
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and title/insurance partners
- Track loan progress and ensure all conditions are met
- Maintain compliance with lending guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage processing or a related lending role
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with LOS systems and mortgage documentation
