Job Description
Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Experienced Commercial Cleaning Technicians (1099 Independent Contractors) to join our growing team.
We provide professional cleaning services throughout Galveston County and are expanding our service areas in phases.
- Phase 1: Galveston County
- Phase 2: Houston and Harris County
Our service areas will continue to expand as Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC grows.
We are seeking experienced subcontractors who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and are willing to travel to assigned job sites throughout our service areas. Assignment opportunities are offered based on client contracts, subcontractor availability, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional commercial cleaning services according to Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC quality standards.
- Clean offices, commercial buildings, retail facilities, Airbnb properties, and vacant residential properties.
- Perform move-in/move-out cleaning and post-construction cleaning assignments.
- Dust, disinfect, sanitize, vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners as directed by the client.
- Perform carpet cleaning and extraction when assigned.
- Perform specialty floor care, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and sealing when trained and assigned.
- Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, driveways, walkways, patios, entryways, and other approved flat surfaces when assigned.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools.
- Follow all Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and quality expectations.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing assignments.
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.
- Complete required job documentation, checklists, and before-and-after photos when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance, excellent customer service, and positive attitude while representing Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other subcontractors to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work as an Independent Contractor (1099).
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of professional commercial cleaning experience.
- Experience with Airbnb cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care, and pressure washing is highly preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, honest, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening before receiving work assignments.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Must have a smartphone with text messaging and email access for scheduling and communication.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC quality standards.
- Must have knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices.
- Must follow all Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Must communicate professionally with clients, fellow subcontractors, and management.
- Must complete all required onboarding and training before accepting assignments.
- Must be willing to travel to assigned job sites throughout our service areas, including:
- Phase 1: Galveston County
- Phase 2: Houston and Harris County
- Travel assignments are based on client contracts, subcontractor availability, service area expansion, and business needs.
- Assignment opportunities are based on client demand, subcontractor availability, and business needs. This position does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments or hours.
- Must maintain current General Liability Insurance.
- Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) before receiving work assignments.
- The Certificate of Insurance (COI) must list Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC as an Additional Insured and include a Waiver of Subrogation, if required.
- Proof of insurance must be approved by Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC before any work assignments are issued.
- Subcontractors are responsible for maintaining active insurance coverage throughout their business relationship with Vizion 2 Reality Cleaning LLC.
Compensation
$17.00–$19.00 per hour
Compensation is based on professional experience, qualifications, specialized skills, assignment type, and overall performance. Compensation will be determined during the interview process based on verified experience, job-related skills, and the scope of work assigned.
