The team values precision, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to security and compliance standards, contributing to the resilience and efficiency of critical database systems across the organization.

What you'll do:
- Design and develop scalable, modular, and secure database solutions aligned with business requirements and disaster recovery standards.
- Convert high-level designs into detailed functional modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and security compliance.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Monitor system performance using telemetry and alerting tools, analyzing metrics to optimize availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Research and apply reliability models and emerging technologies to enhance database stability and scalability.
- 3 years of proficiency in GCP, Azure, or AWS and modern pipelining technologies and approaches.
- 2 years of hands-on expertise with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Redis for performance tuning and optimization.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with IaC tools, such as Terraform, Open Tofu, or Liquibase.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills to resolve performance and availability issues effectively.
- Exceptional communications and time management skills are a must, as the role involves effectively conveying insights to ensure clear understanding and alignment with team members and stake holders.
