Systems Administrator, Technology Operations

Position Summary...VIZIO’s Information Technology team is seeking a System Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a Hybrid Cloud and On-Premise environment Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and the rest of the Atlassian Cloud suite in the organization. The Atlassian Administrator will report to the Manager, IT Operations and provide support to multiple VIZIO teams.

What you'll do...

• Assist users with support requests via JSM ticketing system.
• Work with members of VIZIO’s IT team and staff at all VIZIO’s offices.
• Handle user accounts and groups via Active Directory and MS Entra.
• Email troubleshooting for Mimecast and Exchange online.
• SaaS Applications Licensing & Access.
• AV & Telecom Administration for Genesys Cloud, Poly, Carousel Cloud and Neat.
• Support SOX compliance through reporting and access audits (e.g., Azure roles, AD admin groups).
• Develop, implement and contribute to IT documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
• Take ownership of L3 tickets that may need elevated support outside of the Deskside Administrators.
• Respond to system alerts, outages and service requests as needed.

About You

• Minimum High School diploma.
• You have 1 years of related work experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• You are a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, yet at times, ambiguous environment.
• You are a hard-working team player, with a “no task is too small” attitude.
• You are a creative problem-solver who digs into root causes analytically, instead of relying on intuition.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tell complex stories simply and adapt to questions, rather than just presenting information.
• You need to be both creative and innovating in finding solutions for various teams within the organization while adhering to industry best practices.
