About the team: The Platform Insights Analytics Team delivers data-driven insights that guide content strategy, product development, and advertising effectiveness. This team transforms complex data into clear dashboards, audience segments, and performance analyses to support informed decision-making. What you'll do: Manage multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives and category strategies. Collaborate with leadership partners to define goals, develop hypotheses, and establish research plans addressing key business challenges. Analyze complex data sets using advanced methodologies to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions. Present findings and recommendations to Directors, supporting implementation of business solutions and functional initiatives. Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver consultative solutions. Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong expertise in research methodologies, data science, and advanced analytics to address complex business challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Skilled in problem-solving, hypothesis development, and data identification to inform decision-making. Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance performance. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
