Lead Analytic Services & Operations across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence, ensuring reliable, scalable delivery of standard, dedicated analyst, and fee-for-service analytics. Own operating performance, utilization, service quality, and financial outcomes while partnering with Integrated Insights & Client Impact to connect delivery execution to proactive, cross-domain insight development.
Analytic Operations Strategy & Leadership
- Set the operating strategy, governance, prioritization, and performance measures for standard analytics support, dedicated analyst services, and FFS analytics engagements.
- Own resource deployment, capability development, utilization, service quality, revenue, margin, and financial health of analytics delivery.
- Identify operational risks, capacity constraints, and delivery dependencies; develop mitigation plans that support sustainable growth.
Analytics Delivery Excellence
- Oversee standard product deliverables, templates, routine requests, dedicated analyst services, and fee-for-service engagements.
- Ensure clear scope, pricing, staffing, delivery quality, and financial performance for client statements of work and commercial analytics engagements in collaboration with Sales.
- Evolve dedicated analysts into product-agnostic, portfolio-oriented advisors who connect data, opportunity, and value across the member relationship.
- Advance automation, reusable content, standardized methods, and feedback loops to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.
Member & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with member resources, product specialists, services, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Sales, Account Management, and analytics teams to align delivery with client needs and enterprise priorities.
- Support member offerings, implementations, retention, performance improvement, and proactive opportunity identification.
- Represent Analytic Services & Operations in client-facing, internal, and cross-functional forums.
Team Development & Continuous Improvement
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing analytics delivery organization with clear career paths, succession plans, and leadership capability.
- Manage teams responsible for data reporting, BI systems, and analytic delivery; partner with development teams to ensure needed capabilities are available.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
