Program Services Manager

Summary

In this role, you will manage operations and quality assurance activities for the Vizient Reserve program to deliver client value and support contract commitment. You will coordinate program processes, support client onboarding and engagement, monitor program performance, and collaborate with contracting teams, suppliers, and internal clients to improve program utilization and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to support program objectives with guidance from leadership.
• Provide training and program information to internal and external clients to promote understanding and effective program participation.
• Support contracting teams with contract negotiations, utilization initiatives, and client implementation and onboarding into key programs.
• Identify potential client and supplier opportunities and research new value propositions and program capabilities with guidance from leadership.
• Manage routine client and supplier issues, adjustments, and ad hoc requests, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic business reviews with clients, suppliers, and distributors.
• Support council and panel engagement to gather client feedback, inform contracting decisions, and share best practices.
• Track program success metrics, deliverables, and goal achievement, including participation, contract utilization, enrollment, and financial incentives.
• Analyze program revenue, sales, and market basket data, as applicable, to identify potential client savings and opportunities to increase participation in Vizient programs.
• Serve as an operational liaison for internal and external clients by addressing program questions, supporting sales opportunities, and communicating program impacts.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting program operations, client services, contracting, or related business activities preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret program and performance data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Hybrid office Schedule, 3 days a week. Locations include Irving TX, Chicago IL, Centennial CO and Edina MN.
  
  

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
