Summary: In this role, you will manage individual work efforts in support of client objectives by analyzing and presenting data, which may include supporting strategy development, implementing performance improvements and / or supporting project management activities. Responsibilities:

• Obtain data from internal, external and client sources and independently perform analyses.
• Execute portions of assigned project plans; prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.
• Utilize project management methodology to guide work efforts.
• Draft presentations; present data and recommendations to clients.
• Develop client relationships by interacting directly with team members.
• Recognized as a trusted point of contact for clients.
• Suggest ideas for improving products / services / tools / methods in functional area of focus.
• Contribute to the development of project initiatives and implementation plans.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital materials (e.g., case studies).
• Support client: identify aggregation opportunities utilizing client GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) contracts to achieve additional cost savings. Qualifications:
• Relevant degree preferred. Nursing degree required desired.
• 2 or more years of hospital-based experience required.
• Strong Analytic Accummen. Advanced Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Supply Chain and Value Analysis experience and knowledge desired.
• Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes therein.
• Willingness to travel (40-50%). Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
