Compliance
Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Greets arriving and departing guests. Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
Confidentiality
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Valet
Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures. Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor.

Skills
Must have excellent customer service skills.
License
Must possess a valid state Driver’s License with no careless motor vehicle accidents and no moving violations in the last three (3) years.
Orders
Ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs in order to park and retrieve vehicles as quickly as possible.
Communication
Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.
