Compliance Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Adheres to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Environment Fosters an environment of mutual trust, respect, and confidence with guests and team members. Performance Demonstrates consistent performance in communication, initiative/problem solving, guest service/interpersonal relations, work habits/conduct, and responsible gaming/business ethics. Management Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Surveillance Manager. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of equipment malfunctions and repairs. BRING US YOUR BEST. Knowledge Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related equipment. Familiarity with all phases of gaming operations. PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems. Education High school diploma or GED; supplemented by technical coursework. Technical Proficient in the use of video equipment, hand tools, and related technical equipment. Compliance Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations. Communication Excellent communication skills. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
