RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance
Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program. Utilize Host Concepts software to ensure fairness and accuracy in seating. May have to process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
Compliance
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training. Complies with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
Performance
Perform opening and closing side work at the direction of your supervisor or manager. Responsible for fostering a fun environment. Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events. Create and maintain a seating chart at the direction of your supervisor or manager.
Assist
Assist with bussing tables. Help team members ensure guest is served in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Work Environment
Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
Skills
Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager. Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude. Must be comfortable and capable learning new software. Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
Qualifications
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. Must be at least 19 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to work as a team.
