RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare
Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe - For either Casual Dining, Sports Bar, Team Member Dining Room, Banquets, Outdoor Events, Racing concession or Steakhouse.
Assist
Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef. Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods in order to assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals. As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations.
Maintenance
Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
Reporting
Report to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Environment
This is a smoking environment in guest areas and a non-smoking, with the exception of designated areas, employee environment.

Physical Demands
Walking 30% of the time. Standing 70% of the time. Bending and lifting 10% of the time. Climbing up heights in excess of 10 feet. Lifting/moving maximum of 100 lbs. Ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.
