Assist
Maintains knowledge of property amenities, events, and local area services to assist guests effectively. Assists with Pool and Hollydeck duties to include but not limited to picking up towels and trash, running food items to guests, checking wristbands, and responding to guest inquiries. Assigns and assists guests with hotel room reservations and arrivals. Assists guests with hotel reservations, questions, and concerns, ensuring problems are resolved promptly.
Compliance
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. Collects and accounts for all RV site revenue in compliance with company policies.
Leadership
Notifies Hotel Services leadership of guest issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
Deliver
Delivers items to guest rooms as needed included but not limited to @Your Door orders, sundry items, etc.
Check
Responsible for accurately completing web check ins for hotel and RV park arrivals.
Maintenance
Submits an IT or Maintenance ticket for applicable issue(s) and reports issues to Hotel Services leadership.
Reporting
Reports issues to Hotel Services leadership.

Education
General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma; one to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Must be 18 years of age or older. Hotel reservation system experience preferred but not required. Must successfully complete ServSafe training certification course
Skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to count money and change correctly. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
