RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis
Review guest accounts at checkout, correct discrepancies, and resolve guest concerns professionally. Review shift logs, room rates, selling strategies, VIP lists, and group blocks with leadership.
Maintenance
Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and registration information using hotel systems. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to address guest issues promptly.
Prepare
Prepare deposits, secure cash floats, and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
Management
Comply with management requests, company policies, and all applicable gaming laws and regulations.
Consulting
Respond to guest inquiries and provide directions, recommendations, and local information.
Quality Assurance
Complete Guest Services AM/PM checklists and ensure work areas remain organized and clean.
Verify
Verify payment methods, post charges, process payments, and balance cash drawers daily.
Assist
Assist guests with luggage, including safe handling, storage, and delivery using bell carts when needed.
Deliver
Deliver guest messages, mail, and special requests in a timely and accurate manner. Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; assist with check‑in, check‑out, and overall front desk operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum of six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Build
Must build and maintain excellent rapport with internal and external customers, team members, community, media, and shareholders.

Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Communication
Ability to effectively communicate with correct English grammar skills including verbal and written communications.
