RESPONSIBILITIES Compliance Accountable for OSHA compliance at Hollywood Gaming. Implements and monitors controls designed to assure full compliance with all federal, state, corporate and property laws, policies and/or mandates. Maintenance Performs scheduled and nonscheduled repair, maintenance and installation of machinery, tools, equipment and/or associated equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation of the property. Performs preventive maintenance in conjunction with all building maintenance and/or cleanliness related items. Management Submits requests for expenditures associated with repairs, upkeep, and improvement to the Manager of Facilities. Safety Will be an active participant of Safety compliance. Assist Assist in maintenance related items on Race Track, when needed. Control Monitor control systems for building and related water system. Procedure Supports all sanitation processes and procedures including rodent and pest control. REQUIREMENTS Members Team Members must be drug free. All Team Members at Hollywood are under surveillance and audio surveillance in limited areas. Communication Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required. Knowledge The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Education Education and/or Experience: Two years related experience and/or training preferred; High School diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demandes Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. Language Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Technology Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills. ? Microsoft Must be proficient in Microsoft applications. Certification Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations. ?
