Security
Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times.
Compliance
Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.
Assist
Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
Procedure
Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and any other form or variation of table games.

Skills
Must be able to successfully pass an Audition displaying adequate dealer skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Six months of experience in customer service field preferred.
Vision
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues with excellent peripheral vision.
Environment
Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Performance
Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
Quality Assurance
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
Physical Demands
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
Training
Applicants must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.
Communication
Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
