Count Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES Procedure Comprehensive understanding of regulations pertaining to the work process. Accurately reports count results. Completes daily maintenance of all count room equipment. Directs the drop team and assigns daily tasks to count team members. Compliance Ensures that all count room procedures are compliant with applicable local, state and federal laws as well as company and departmental policies. Ensures that the count room equipment is maintained in good working condition. Ensures that count is completed on a timely basis. REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma/GED; 1 year of prior work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Previous money handling experience preferred. Must have basic computer knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Skills Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.). License Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
