RESPONSIBILITIES
Management
Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
Production
Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by you supervisor.
Assist
Assist in the training of new Cooks.
REQUIREMENTS
Analysis
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Must be able to identify all products used in kitchen operation.
Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of two years experience in a full service restaurant preferred.
Knowledge
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment.
Presentation
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
Training
Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
Write
Ability to write simple correspondence.
