About the roleVizenta is looking for a sharp, hands-on intern to support our team across sales, marketing, and operations — using AI tools to work faster and smarter. You'll also be a key link between our commercial team and our R&D team in India, keeping projects moving and communication tight.
This is a high-learning, high-ownership internship for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how a whole business runs. Strong performers will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time position at the end of the internship.
What you'll do- AI-powered execution — use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to draft content, research prospects, automate repetitive tasks, and speed up daily work.
- Sales support — help build prospect lists, manage the CRM, prepare proposals, and follow up with leads.
- Marketing — support content, social media, email campaigns, and basic marketing collateral.
- Operations — keep day-to-day office and business processes running smoothly.
- R&D coordination — act as the bridge between the commercial team and our R&D team in India, tracking timelines, relaying requirements, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow-through — owns tasks from start to finish, nothing slips through the cracks.
