Corporate/Real Estate Associate

We are seeking an attorney with six to ten years of corporate and/or real estate transactional experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate would have experience in several areas, including corporate governance, tax, business planning, and real estate. Candidates must be members of the California Bar and should have a competitive law school class ranking. Law school journal experience is preferred. Strong research and writing skills are expected. Hybrid work is permitted, but associates are required to work primarily in the office. A growing book of business is a plus but not a requirement.
