Vixen Hill Home Products is seeking a skilled and dependable woodworking professional to join our manufacturing team in Elverson, PA.
We are looking for someone with hands-on woodworking experience, preferably from a cabinet shop, millwork, furniture, or other production manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manufacturing custom wood products using a variety of woodworking equipment and hand tools
- Reading and interpreting measurements, drawings, and work instructions
- Accurately measuring and cutting materials using a tape measure and other measuring tools
- Setting up and operating shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing assembly and finishing tasks with attention to quality
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy in a production environment
- Following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Prior woodworking, cabinetmaking, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and work with fractions and dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remember processes, procedures, and product specifications
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable work attendance and a strong work ethic
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building quality products, and being part of a small manufacturing team where craftsmanship matters.
Experience with woodworking machinery, cabinet construction, or custom fabrication is highly preferred. Must be able to pass drug testing.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
